Artwork - how we make it simple.
Your experience buying promotional products is exceedingly important to us. We're a full service promotional marketing and consulting company and we value your time. For that reason, we do not ask that your upload your artwork and place it on the screen as part of the order process; the promotional products buying experience should never be a do-everything-yourself experience. All you need to do is send us your artwork and we'll handle the professional details, its what we do best.
Sending your artwork.
Upon completion of your order, you will be prompted to email us your artwork. We offer free proofs on every order and can work with vitually any font. If you have a logo, we ask that you attached it to your email and send it to artwork@promocetera.com, where it will be received, checked for compatibility. For logos, most promotional products will require artwork in Corel Draw (.cdr), Photoshop (.psd), or Adobe Illustrator (.eps & .ai).
If you don't have artwork.
All too often, our clients come to us with a faxed sketch or business card. We will accept whatever artwork you can provide. Sketches and Business Card/Letterhead artwork will have to be created at a charge of $40.00. Artwork may also be rushed at a charge of $60.00.
Proofing
Our skilled graphic team will provide an electronic proof in .PDF format that can be faxed or emailed. Proofs will provide you with the opportunity to view the size, dimensions and color layers of your promotional product prior to imprinting. We also more than happy to assist you through this process with our guidance and advice pertaining to imprint areas, locations and size.
What is your minimum order policy?
For those clients who require smaller orders, we will accept them over the phone. We do offer a pre-production sample at a cost of $40USD on any product that we carry (except for USB Devices). These samples are great to be presented to your customer, management, or board of directors. In rare instances, there may also be additional below minimum charges from the factory. We encourage you to consider increasing the size of your order; we'll be more than happy to assist you establishing distribution and marketing methods to ensure greater value and success to yur promotion.
Can I receive a sample?
Samples can be obtained by contacting us toll free at 1-877-651-2822 extension 101. We normally charge the end column pricing of the product plus an additional $10 for UPS Ground Shipping. If you wish to expedite shipping of a sample, we will be happy to ship expedited samples via third party shipping on your DHL, UPS or FedEx account.
Shipping Information
We try to provide for the most cost effective method to deliver your products on time. This is usually via UPS Ground or Canpar if you are located in Canada. However, cases of particularly large or heavy products, or very large orders, it is often times more economical to ship via freight or truck. We will consult with you regarding the best possible shipping method for your order to ensure that your order arrives to the correct destination on-time.
All goods are shipped FOB from their production facility and will be fully ensured if shipped by PromoCetera.com. We are happy to offer shipping on your shipping account, however it is your responsibility to request insurance for all orders shipped on a third party account. PromoCetera.com guarantees that your goods will be shipped on time in order to be received by the suggested shipping method of the shipping carrier. PromoCetera.com will not be held responsible to any shipping delays or lost orders on the part of the shipping carrier. Additionally, PromoCetera.com will not be held responsible for delays related to Customs on international orders or for 'Acts of God'.
Your shipping tracking number will be available on our website and updated in your account as soon as it is available to us.
PromoCetera.com is happy to offer shipping via UPS and FedEx; we also can accommodate split shipments to multiple locations. Please speak with a promotions specialist regarding your needs.
Do you offer large quantity discounts?
Yes! Large quantity discounts may be available on products with quantities of End Quantity Pricing (EQP) or higher. Additionally, PromoCetera.com works with a network of suppliers overseas and can custom manufacture large quantity promotional items directly overseas. This service requires 6-12 weeks, but offers unparalleled savings and value to you, our customer.
Use of Trademarks
The customer expresses and warrants that the customer has unrestricted use of, rights to and authority to use, reproduce trademarked logos. PromoCetera.com accepts no responsibilty or liability for unwarranted and unlawful use of a trademark by the customer. Customers must have written permission to use copyrighted or trademarked material.
What does Process Color mean?
Process Color, sometimes called Full Color Process or 4-Color Process is the process of reproducing a full color image with the three primary subtractive color inks CMYK/ Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. Unlike Spot Color, CMYK inks mix to create your image. This process is similar to some inkjet computer printers.
What is a Spot Color?
Spot color is the printing process where solid colors are applied through screens or plates, etc. directly to the product. Where as Process Color would use CMYK to make the color red for example, Spot Color uses that specific color and can be matched to a PMS color.
When will my order ship?
Your order goes through several different steps in production to maintain quality standards. Specific items have their production times listed in Working Days. Production time does not include non-working days and does not include time for shipping. Your order will be promptly shipped as soon as the items are branded with your logo and checked for quality assurance.
